چکیده
The research involved study the relation between FGF23 and some of biochemical parameters related to chronic kidney disease (Glutathion GSH arylesterase ARE enzymes, ceruloplasmin ,Malondialehyde ,glucose ,cholesterol ,triglyceride ,LDL ,VLDL,HDL)in serum blood patients compared with control group, the result demonstration is a significant increase in mean concentration rate was (324.06± 291.1 pg/ml) group ( 273 ± 188.5 , also showed (ceruloplasmin, malondialdehyde ,LDL) decrease had been shown (reduced Glutathion, arylesterase,HDL).while results non (glucose, triglyceride,VLDL) group, Correlation coefficient these clinical positive correlation with(Malondialdehyde) while rest parameters.

Fibroblast Growth Factor 23 (FGF23) and Disorders of Phosphate Metabolism
Derangements in serum phosphate level result in rickets/osteomalacia or ectopic calcification indicating that healthy people without these abnormalities maintain serum phosphate within certain ranges. These results indicate that there must be a regulatory mechanism of serum phosphate level. Fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23) was identified as the last member of FGF family. FGF23 is produced by...
متن کاملFibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23) and early chronic kidney disease in the elderly.
BACKGROUND Better biomarkers of CKD reflecting responses to decreased glomerular filtration rate (GFR) are needed. We determined the value of estimated GFR (eGFR) as a threshold for the increase of plasma cFGF23 (C-terminal) and intact fibroblast growth factor-23 (iFGF23) (intact) concentrations in the course of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and compared this eGFR value with values related to in...
متن کاملFibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23) predicts progression of chronic kidney disease: the Mild to Moderate Kidney Disease (MMKD) Study.
It has not been firmly established whether disturbed calcium-phosphate metabolism affects progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in humans. In this cohort study of 227 nondiabetic patients with CKD, we assessed fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23) plasma concentrations in addition to other variables involved in calcium-phosphate metabolism, and we followed 177 of the patients prospectively ...
متن کاملNew insights to fibroblast growth factor 23 in kidney transplant.
Some abnormalities in mineral metabolism are evident even at very early stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and are important determinants of subsequent bone and cardiovascular disease.1,2 A decade ago, fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23) was recognized by a few as the protein responsible for several rare inherited and acquired syndromes of osteomalacia and rickets.3,4 Only recently have stu...
متن کاملSignificance of Fibroblast Growth Factor 23 in Acute Kidney Injury.
Acute kidney injury is a clinical syndrome associated with increased patient morbidity and mortality, as well as serious short-term and long-term consequences, especially in the perioperative period. Yet, patients having suffering from temporary acute kidney injury and achieving full recovery of kidney function usually complain of poor quality of life associated with loss of energy and limited ...
